AdMission Corporation Expands Operations

New Products and Broadening Customer Base Fuels Company Growth

San Ramon, CA – November 1, 2005 - AdMission Corporation, a provider of directional advertising solutions, today announced that the company has expanded its operations and secured new headquarters to better support the accelerating growth of its customer base and product offering. Wes Freas, former online sales director at The Arizona Republic newspaper and member of the Newspaper Association of America's New Media Federation board of directors, joins the AdMission team as senior director of publishing sales on November 1st. Freas will be instrumental in recruiting and expanding a new sales organization focused on strategic partnerships with publishing customers to improve and advance their online strategies.

Sean McLellan, a director of business development with AdMission for over 4 years, moves into a new position as senior director of international business operations. In this newly created role Sean and team will expand the organization responsible for optimizing the integration, training, account management and ongoing success of AdMission's integrated products and services. Leveraging AdMission's extensive knowledgebase, McLellan will also build an enhanced set of "best practices" and consumer behavior data to better support AdMission's customers and partners.

The expanded team will relocate to new Bay Area offices in mid-January 2006. "With the launch of our newest products, we expand our value proposition to the market to include not just enhanced advertising collection, creation and display options but distribution as well," said Sarah Pate, president & CEO, AdMission Corporation. "The addition of this functionality has evolved beyond classifieds and requires a new sales methodology - one where we work on a consultative approach, helping our publishing customers achieve a range of strategic new media objectives."

AdMission Corporation spun out of IPIX Corporation over eight months ago, and since forming, the company has launched new publications at the rate of 7 per quarter with its enhanced advertising solutions. New key U.S. customers include The Sun Sentinel (FL), The Everett Herald (WA), The Worcestershire Telegram (MA), Orange County Register (CA) and Cedar Rapids Gazette (IA). AdMission now serves over 120 individual newspapers and 20 major online commerce customers around the world.

"The market for Internet advertising is growing faster than predicted," said Pate. "We remain committed to launching new customers quickly and providing the ongoing support and training to have them generating revenue faster than any other enhanced advertising solution available."
